Driver Requirements

Ontario G-class license (or equivalent from another Canadian province). Must be valid and in good standing.

Minimum two years of active driving experience. Comfortable driving various vehicle types and sizes.

Must pass a criminal background check. Clean driving record with no major infractions in the past 3 years.

Must be at least 21 years of age. Professional, courteous demeanour with strong communication skills.

Create your account, upload your license, and complete the background check. Approval typically takes 2-3 business days.

Toggle online when you're ready to work. You'll see available ride requests nearby. Accept the ones that work for you.

Meet the customer at their pickup location, get in their car, and drive them to their destination safely.

Earnings are automatically calculated and deposited to your connected bank account. You keep 80% of every fare.

No! That's the beauty of ArriveRide. You drive the customer's vehicle, not your own. No car needed, no gas costs, no wear on your vehicle.

You'll need your own transportation to reach the customer's pickup location. Many drivers use public transit, bike, or get dropped off.

If you feel the vehicle is unsafe to drive, you can decline the trip without penalty. Safety always comes first.

Earnings are processed weekly and deposited to your bank account via Stripe Connect. You can track all your earnings in the app.
